search FAQs :

If your questions have not been answered here, please use our contact form to submit your query.

1. Can I check if my e-mail address is correct, and can I change it online?
No sorry! But if you send an email to lycsecretary@hotmail.com with your membership number and full name we will check it and update it for you if necessary.

2. I would like to come to the LYC club night on Sunday, but am nervous about walking in on my own.
LYC London is a relaxed and friendly environment in a secure and safe space. Our members are a particularly nice bunch of people, and LYC has become its own `community` as a result. Often people come along on their own and find it easy to make friends.

Alternatively, you could request via the Deputy Chairman a `First Contact`. Please see the news section for more details.

3. I've lost my membership card, how can I get a replacement?
Please come to our regular Sunday night karaoke where you can apply for a new card. You will have to give us all your details again and pay £8 for the replacement card but your membership will be renewed again for a full 12 months.

4. What is the mail forwarding address for Long Yang Club?
We no longer have a mail forwarding address but prefer to do everything electronically instead. This is for the environmental as well as financial rewards gained. Please therefore write to lycsecretary@hotmail.com including any relevant documents as email attachments.

5. What is the web address of LYC International?
  www.longyangclub.org
